Joomla works when end users want a simple way to add and edit content on their site using a front end WYSIWYG editor.

But, in an environment where content management is performed in a process:

Authors Create Content  -  Editors Edit Content  -  Publisher Publish Content

Joomla falls down. 

The folks hosting and supporting MyContent (Joomlicious) did a great job building MyContent - simple, clean, works.  We can't ask for more. 

Because we need to have some semblance of workflow (WF 101), we modified MyContent to do the following:

Group
 Add Article Edit Article Publish Article
Author Yes Yes
(only their own)
No
Editor
 Yes Yes
(all authors)
 No
Publisher
 Yes Yes
(all authors)
 Yes


In addition, the author's name is displayed in the MyContent list.

Go to our download area and get the modifications .
