Once you have your site running, you'll need to add contacts so people can get in touch with you. Standard to your Joomla site is a component called "Contacts." It has two parts
If you have a Narrow Path Hosting or Grace Host website, there are Contact Categories already created for you.
To edit an existing entry, do the following.
In your browser go to the back end . http://mywebsite.xyz/administrator
Login to the back end .
Then you will see the Administrator Back End Main Menu...
Select the Component | Contacts | Manage Contact menu item
The list of contact items are displayed
Select a contact to edit. The contact entry form is displayed for editing.
Complete the information about the contact.
To add a new contact is quite easy.
From the main contact listing screen just press New,  edit the entries and press Save  .
