I was logged in as the administrator and spent about an hour typing in

and when trying to save it, the system gave me that http 403 error.
What happened? Why? How can I avoid this in the future?
The Menu "List Content Section" displays in a confusing way.
The problem is the display between categories in the "List Content Section" Betwen the table of content items and the next section's description - there is not a clear distinction. It looks all run together.
How can you make a "demarcation" or a variation between categories? Does this display look familiar on your Joomla website?

There is a problem with error reporting within Joomla - it doesn't always give you a good indication of the underlying problem.
On a site http://jonandlisah.org I tried to upgrade a component. I uninstalled the old one and tried to install the newer version. I've uploaded many components and modules to this site - so I wasn't ready for any problems.
When I clicked on the upload and install button, I received this error:
Failed to move uploaded file to /media directory.
The forum showed many people having this same problem - and none had a definitive answer... They mentioned permissions to the media folder - so...
